Design Quarter

The new Design Quarter building in Dubai is a premium class complex, the construction of which will begin in the near future. It will be the first residential project in the Dubai Design District, a rapidly developing community with some of the best leisure and leisure facilities in the city. The complex includes 2 buildings with apartments, 2-storey duplexes and penthouses ranging from 75 m2 to 308 m2. According to the master plan, residential facilities will be put into operation in the first half of 2027.
